Mr. Barwick’s experience began in the Engineering/Planning and design field in 1984. His educational background is in Architectural Design and during the past 20 years has drawn, designed and permitted over 100 residential and interior commercial projects in Orlando, New York, North Carolina and Georgia. In the past 18 years Mr. Barwick provided civil engineering design and drawing services for a local consulting firm and from 1995 onward held the position of New Project Development Plan Coordinator. His responsibilities included meeting with clients on basic concept design, moving the concept forward into preliminary approval plans and permitting including all governmental meetings required for approval.
